How good are you?

  • Is it multitasking (two or more tasks at once) or quickly switching?
  • Regardless, it that good for us?
  • But aren’t there some people who are good at multitasking?

What to do?

It’s all about the question: Students are capable of incredible levels of intensity?
Purpose, ownership, legacy?
Filter?

To filter or not to filter…….?

  • 94% Use filtering software
  • 87% Have an acceptable use policy (AUP)
  • 73% Supervise the students while accessing the Internet
  • 27% Limit access to the Internet
  • 8% Only Allow student access to the Internet on a case-by-case basis
  • The data indicates that the majority of respondents do use filtering software, but also work through an AUP with students, or supervise student use of online content individually.

  • 73% of schools, all students are filtered at the same level.
  • 88% of respondents said filters are used for staff.
  • 56% of respondents said the same level of filtering is applied to students and staff alike.
